About the role

  • Meeting/greeting clinical research volunteers as they come into the clinic
  • Checking their vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI)
  • Ensuring study participants are healthy enough to participate in the clinical trial according to the protocol of a study
  • Taking vital signs and performing phlebotomy on study subjects
  • Ensuring the comfort and well-being of subjects throughout the research process
  • Following clients' protocols when conducting vital sign assessments and phlebotomy procedures
  • Chaperoning study subjects during breaks outside, offering personalized care and ensuring comfort

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D. qualification
  • 1+ years of work experience in a medical or clinical field is preferred
  • Strong command of both English and the host country's language is essential
  • If you possess an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related area, or have equivalent work experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you.
  • Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) or Phlebotomist Certification will be a great advantage
  • Preferred Background: Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Aide, Telemetry Technician, or Laboratory Technician backgrounds are highly desired
