About the role

- Travel approximately 10% domestic and/or international
- Liaise with stakeholders on kit supply issues
- Review departmental operating issues with leaders
- Introduce new ideas for operational performance improvement
- Maintain oversight of kit production vendor metrics
- Document issues with inbound deliveries or couriers
- Create Proforma invoices based on shipment requirements
- Prepare and ship supplies to sites or other destinations
- Obtain pricing quotes from carriers for shipments
- Attend meetings providing guidance on import/export regulations
- Support QA team during audits with relevant information.
Requirements

- Liaise with stakeholders on issues involving kit supply
- Review departmental operating issues with departmental leaders
- Improve the department’s operational performance
- Maintain oversight of kit production vendor
- Assist in the preparation of relevant documented instructions
- Document and research any issues with inbound deliveries
- Create Proforma / Commercial invoices based on commodities
- Attend inter-departmental and CLW risk assessment meetings
- Work with quality assurance teams to investigate
- Auditing of vendor invoices to confirm accuracy
- Collaborate with ICON Procurement team for oversight
- Responsibility for the Kit supply component of the Business Contingency Plan
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management.
