Learn how to configure Appian applications, including building forms and simple workflows
Assist in developing, testing, and deploying Appian applications and modules under the guidance of senior team members
Assist in integrating Appian applications with external databases and connected systems
Support application testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Document technical designs, user stories, and deployment steps
Contribute to knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the Appian practice
10-week internship expected to begin in June and end in August (entry-level)
Requirements
By start date, a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Candidate must be a US citizen, reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. per contract requirements
Interest in software development and technology, with some exposure through coursework or personal projects
Basic familiarity with programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies, including Agile practices
