About the role

  • Develop a client portfolio to meet sales targets within an assigned territory or market
  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify new potential clients
  • Track transactions and activities in the assigned territory using prospecting tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Meet or exceed sales, call, and meeting targets on a monthly and annual basis
  • Make cold calls to generate client meetings and present Iceberg Finance programs
  • Keep client data up to date in the CRM and manage the progression of client files through the acquisition process
  • Assist with accounts receivable collections, when required
  • Conduct 6 to 8 visits to dealerships per day
  • Represent Iceberg Finance at various events
  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings or improvements to existing offerings that help increase sales
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as defined by management.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the automotive, finance, or insurance industries
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of success in developing new markets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and territory management
  • Experience in public speaking, presentations, and relationship management
