About the role
- Develop a client portfolio to meet sales targets within an assigned territory or market
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify new potential clients
- Track transactions and activities in the assigned territory using prospecting tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Meet or exceed sales, call, and meeting targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Make cold calls to generate client meetings and present Iceberg Finance programs
- Keep client data up to date in the CRM and manage the progression of client files through the acquisition process
- Assist with accounts receivable collections, when required
- Conduct 6 to 8 visits to dealerships per day
- Represent Iceberg Finance at various events
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings or improvements to existing offerings that help increase sales
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as defined by management.
Requirements
- Experience working in the automotive, finance, or insurance industries
- Sales experience with a proven track record of success in developing new markets
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and territory management
- Experience in public speaking, presentations, and relationship management
