About the role

  • - Provide day-to-day end-user IT support (remote & on-site)
  • - Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, and endpoints
  • - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • - Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
  • - Administer Active Directory (onboarding/offboarding, security groups)
  • - Manage cloud-based platforms (RMM, Microsoft 365)
  • - Ensure compliance with operational and security procedures
  • - Prepare basic reporting and ensure endpoint health

Requirements

  • - Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • - Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support roles
  • - Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Active Directory
  • - Good understanding of networking fundamentals and mobile devices
  • - Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • - Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • - Good command of English
