• Responsibilities
• Εξυπηρέτηση υπάρχοντος πελατολογίου με σκοπό τη διαχείριση κατανόηση και καταγραφή αιτημάτων καθώς και για την πλήρη παροχή πληροφοριών για θέματα λογαριασμών (ανάλυση λογαριασμών, παράταση πληρωμών κτλ.)
• Διαχείριση αιτημάτων μέσω τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης αλλά και εναλλακτικών καναλιών Social networking (Chat, Email & Facebook)
• Καταχώρηση δεδομένων εντός της CRM πλατφόρμας
