• Support the day-to-day Tax operations, including maintaining proper records and reconciliation files in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly tax returns, including WHT, VAT, and other statutory obligations, using AADE digital applications.
• Manage myDATA processes, including data transmission, transaction classification, reconciliations, and follow-up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate accounting data within ERP systems, ensuring compliance with myDATA requirements.
• Post journal entries, and update ledgers where required.

• Analyze and provide reports on market sales data via MIDAS/IQVIA online platform
• Scout and benchmark online market pricing; feed insights into target pricing models
• Develop and maintain cost/price intelligence modelling to support target pricing and Focus selling initiatives
• Managing and maintaining master data information (i.e. sales/quotation databases, contract management data)
• Record, screen, and consolidate Commercial Sales data (new business agreements), ensuring proper monthly and annual reporting requirements

• Monitoring sales team data input, to ensure coherence and accuracy of data input by Sales teams.
• Supporting sales team on updating CRM platform with additional information and documentation
