• Technical Client Success: Manage and respond to all high-level customer support requests via Slack, ensuring rapid, professional, and clear communication regarding platform issues and services.
• Reputation Architecture: Monitor and manage public feedback on platforms like Trustpilot. Formulate strategic responses to enhance the firm's online reputation and coordinate the internal drive to maintain a 5-star rating.
• Influencer Marketing Operations: Research, map out, and reach out to new influencers and content creators within the trading, crypto, and finance spaces to support marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Data Analytics: Track the performance of ongoing influencer campaigns, compile regular reports, and deliver operational insights to internal teams.
• Executive Leadership Support: Act as a reliable right-hand to the leadership team, assisting with administrative tasks, internal workflow auditing, and various ad-hoc operational projects.
