Account Manager

• Facilitate and where required lead the day‑to‑day delivery of in‑person and virtual events across the organization
• Manage attendee lists, registrations, confirmations and communications
• Capture feedback and engagement insights to inform future event planning
• Prepare event briefs, checklists and background packs for internal teams and contributors
• Promote events through email, digital and social channels in coordination with the Marketing team
• Support the preparation of event‑related messaging and content blocks
