About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate and where required lead the day‑to‑day delivery of in‑person and virtual events across the organization
- Manage attendee lists, registrations, confirmations and communications
- Capture feedback and engagement insights to inform future event planning
- Prepare event briefs, checklists and background packs for internal teams and contributors
- Promote events through email, digital and social channels in coordination with the Marketing team
- Support the preparation of event‑related messaging and content blocks
Requirements
What you’ll need- High academic achievement in a relevant discipline such as business, marketing, communications, event management or a related field
- 3-5 years’ professional experience in an B2B events, coordination, operations or stakeholder‑engagement role
- Experience preparing event documentation, including briefs, agendas, checklists, speaker packs and background materials
- Ability to manage event administration such as attendee lists, registrations, confirmations, communications and follow‑ups
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring partnership commitments and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and consistently
