Support the Director of Training in management of one or more aspects of a training unit and/or function
Act as an administrative liaison between Federal and Contractor personnel supporting the NTC training mission
Prepare, gather, and format information for internal and external distribution including memos, reports, requests for action, and meeting summaries
Assist in management, documentation, and maintenance of training softwares, initiatives, and accreditations
Arrange and coordinate meetings, working groups, development teams, schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and ensure deliverables and materials are available
Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
Assist in course administration and preparation activities for Director of Training owned curriculum
Coordinate with enterprise-wide leadership and training points of contact to prioritize and initiate training activities
Assist with the NTC Training Needs Assessment and provide annual reports on training needs to Federal and Contractor staff
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and present data-driven training recommendations to senior management
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in participant experience, training and development, organizational development, or related fields, preferably within a government or large organizational setting.
Background and experience in the systematic approach to training, training delivery technology platforms and techniques for modern adult learning
Experience with performance management and continuous improvement practices and tools such as lean six sigma
Demonstrated background and experience in data analysis tools and techniques to identify systemic training performance weaknesses
Advanced experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to obtain and maintain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) card for access to a military installation
Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience, totaling 9 years, in lieu of degree)
