Lead the design and delivery of complex IT solutions on time, within budget, and aligned to client needs.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable architectures.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create and review high-quality technical designs and architecture documentation.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
Provide architectural governance and oversight throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
Recommend technologies and best practices to enhance solution performance and resilience.

Requirements

Must have or be eligible for and willing to undergo UK Government security vetting (at least to Security Clearance level)
Willingness to travel to client sites.
Strong knowledge of current technologies used to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Experience designing and leading the delivery of large and small systems.
Proven experience designing complex systems in secure or regulated environments.
Broad understanding of application architectures and supporting cloud infrastructures.
Experience of describing a technical subject to a non-technical audience.
Extensive experience of working with multiple stakeholders including end users and CxO level.
Experience working in the Defence, Nuclear or the Public Sector industries.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
