About the role
- Must have direct OE experience with Ford.
- Serving as one of the primary Strategic business Development role to open up new business in key areas.
- Driving expansion of Key Mobis technologies: Electric Powertrain, Electronics, Exterior Lighting, Chassis – Steering, Brake Systems and Modules.
- Developing and executing account-specific strategies to grow existing business.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitoring scorecard customer account health metrics and addressing issues proactively.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and business reviews.
- Tracking and reporting on sales pipeline and forecasts for assigned accounts.
- Staying current on industry trends and competitive activities.
- Negotiating commercial terms for new programs.
- Ensuring timely and accurate communication between customer and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting resolution of customer concerns.
- Participating in customer meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Maintaining detailed account plans.
Requirements
- 15+ years of automotive industry experience with a proven track record in OEM account management or sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred.
