About the role

  • Must have direct OE experience with Ford.
  • Serving as one of the primary Strategic business Development role to open up new business in key areas.
  • Driving expansion of Key Mobis technologies: Electric Powertrain, Electronics, Exterior Lighting, Chassis – Steering, Brake Systems and Modules.
  • Developing and executing account-specific strategies to grow existing business.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitoring scorecard customer account health metrics and addressing issues proactively.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and business reviews.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales pipeline and forecasts for assigned accounts.
  • Staying current on industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Negotiating commercial terms for new programs.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication between customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting resolution of customer concerns.
  • Participating in customer meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Maintaining detailed account plans.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of automotive industry experience with a proven track record in OEM account management or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred.
