About the role

  • This is a remote position with a bookkeeper role for a aluminum and foil supplier.
  • You'll manage financial operations, ensuring accurate books and reliable business support for our B2B clients.
  • What You'll Do: Manage all QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow 30-day payment terms; escalate overdue accounts to management.
  • Provide administrative support such as answering calls, sending quotes, and assisting management with office tasks.
  • Handle standard bill payments and timely processing.
  • Occasional support for order processing or product research (minimal).

Requirements

  • QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years; must be confident and efficient without requiring training.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.
  • Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English.
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
