• Work with BT Category Specialists to define, document and drive category strategies
• Lead annual/semiannual supplier performance reviews
• Execute new supplier search and lead qualification process based on BT needs
• Coordinate supplier reductions/terminations across BTs
• Manage contract negotiation
• Review and maintain supplier risk assessments
• Lead procurement tool & process development
• Provide training to internal and external parties
• Work with Category Specialists to identify and support cost savings opportunities
• Provide project management support including defining, tracking and communicating milestones as required for procurement projects e.g., new supplier qualification, supplier exits/transitions, identification and implementation of new tools

Category Manager

Associate

• Support the team in helping ensure materials are delivered on time, at the best available price, and meet quality requirements
• Work with guidance from experienced team members to communicate with suppliers about pricing, deliveries, inventory changes, and product updates
• Gather and share supplier performance information to support sourcing decisions, team discussions, and follow-up actions
• Assist with identifying, tracking, and documenting cost-saving opportunities for current manufacturing and future projects
• Create and update purchase orders and related documentation by following established processes and guidance
• Support contract compliance, invoicing questions, and Engineering Change Order activities by reviewing information and tracking details with guidance
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and cost reduction projects by completing assigned tasks, gathering data, and supporting project follow-up

Associate Category Specialist

Field Engineer

• Traveling directly to customer sites to represent our high-quality brand and provide on-site service
• Installation and setup of OMAX equipment and provide training
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues for previously installed equipment
• Maintain timely digital service records and provide thorough feedback on product issues

Field Service Technician

• Traveling directly to customer sites, you will represent our high-quality brand and be responsible for Waterjet equipment installation and configurations, through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Support planned delivery events, uncrate and inventory OMAX equipment, determine equipment layout and permanent placement, assemble and connect sub-assemblies, perform system testing and repairs, and provide new equipment and accessory training, including post-installation follow-up.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on previously installed OMAX Waterjet equipment on-site, by email, and over the phone, and perform contract maintenance services at customer locations.
• Maintain timely, detailed, and analytical digital service records supported by photos and technical attachments and provide thorough feedback on product issues identified in the field.
• Partner with the sales team as a technical expert during customer-facing trade show demonstrations and pre-sales visits.
