About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Traveling directly to customer sites to represent our high-quality brand and provide on-site service
Installation and setup of OMAX equipment and provide training
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues for previously installed equipment
Maintain timely digital service records and provide thorough feedback on product issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma or GED
2 years of Field Technical Service or related field
2+ years with Cutting Solutions product experience
Ability to carry, pull, lift push and grip over 70 lbs
Ability to crawl, twist and climb into machines
Must be able to stand and work while on your feet on hard surfaces for an extended time
Must be physically capable to meet the demands of the role
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and CNC/PLC system fundamentals
Fluency in English required
Required ability to hold a valid Driver’s License in all 50 states
