• Support concepts through all stages of production, preparing materials for handoff to 3D, and providing direction for animation and VFX.
• Create concepts for weapon skins, including upgradeable skins and progression lines (~80% of tasks).
• Develop concepts for armor and gear skins (~20% of tasks).
• Work with references, building side-collections and design variations, and refining concepts based on team feedback.
• Collaborate with game designers, 2D & 3D artists, animators, and the producer.
• As needed: create concepts for new in-game assets (weapons, vehicles), locations, 2D icons, etc.

Game Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain core gameplay systems and features using Unity and C#.
• Work with URP-based rendering, shaders, and visual effects with a strong focus on performance and visual quality on mobile devices.
• Integrate Unity Addressables for scalable and dynamic UI content.
• Develop and support multiplayer features.
• Profile and optimize game performance: CPU/GPU usage, memory, loading times, and frame stability.
• Support LiveOps and seasonal updates by delivering new features, systems, and technical improvements.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other engineers to turn game concepts into robust, scalable implementations.

• Create high-quality 3D environment assets and props from concept to in-game implementation.
• Develop both hero assets and modular asset kits for efficient world building.
• Create high and low-poly models, UVs, textures, and materials optimized for mobile devices.
• Build realistic locations, including terrain, vegetation, buildings, rocks, cliffs, and other world elements.
• Collaborate with Level Designers to ensure environments support gameplay and visual goals.

3D Environment & Prop Artist

• Create high-quality, realistic textures and skin variations for weapons and props, following the established visual style of Oxide.
• Prepare and polish weapon and prop models for texturing, ensuring clean UVs and proper asset workflow.
• Optimize textures and materials to ensure excellent performance on mobile devices.
• Work closely with the art lead to maintain visual consistency across all skins and materials.
• Iterate on feedback quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Collaborate with developers and technical artists to ensure smooth integration of assets into the game engine.
