About the role
- Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day HR operations and recruiting coordination
- Ensure core people processes run accurately, consistently, and in compliance with regulations
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientation logistics
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions and requests
- Support day-to-day HR administration, including job changes and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Typically requires 7–10+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
- Hands-on experience supporting recruiting coordination and employee lifecycle processes
- Direct experience administering employee leaves, including partnership with third-party vendors
- Experience executing HR compliance processes across multiple U.S. states
