About the role
- Own a small portfolio of high impact consulting, technology, and channel partners, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue contribution against quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify, qualify, and activate new strategic partners aligned to hx’s global GTM strategy, moving from first conversation to a productive co sell motion within clear timelines.
- Build and run joint business plans with partners including account mapping, joint value propositions, enablement and certification, campaigns, and events that generate qualified opportunities and accelerate live deals.
- Work day to day with Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, Delivery, and Ecosystem teams to attach the right partners to priority opportunities and existing customers, improving win rates, expanding footprint, and reducing churn risk.
- Establish a predictable operating rhythm to monitor partner health through KPIs, QBRs, and pipeline reviews, surfacing risks early and driving action plans that strengthen mutual value.
- Lead cross functional alignment for your partners by iterating playbooks, processes, and documentation so internal teams and partners can collaborate effectively as the function scales.
Requirements
- Managed and grown a portfolio of strategic partnerships in a SaaS, technology, or B2B environment, with clear contribution to qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
- Built and executed joint go to market plans with partners including account mapping, co selling, enablement, and marketing or event activity that delivered measurable outcomes.
- Worked closely with sales teams to attach partners to priority opportunities and support deals through the lifecycle to improve win rates or deal velocity.
- Collaborated cross functionally with teams such as customer success, delivery, field engineering, ecosystem, or product to make partner motions work in practice.
- Used Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to track partner sourced and influenced opportunities and communicate impact clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proactively resolved partnership challenges such as low engagement or misaligned expectations by bringing the right internal and external stakeholders together.
