• Support our art team and gain hands-on experience in both art production and technical implementation for video games for 8 months.
• Cleanup and coloring of 2D assets (e.g., icons, UI elements, simple props).
• Assist with color swaps and other small-scale art needs.
• Integrate 2D assets into Unity under guidance from senior peers.
• Support shader setup, rigging, and asset optimization.
• Help with simple animation or visual effects to enhance in-game presentation.
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams (design, development, art) to ensure consistency.
• Iterate on assets based on team feedback.
• Potential concept sketching of small-scale elements (e.g., icons, motifs).
• Assist with animation and rigging tasks for characters or UI.
• Help with shader work and visual effects.

Game & Technical Artist Co-op, 8 months

Designer

• Contribute to the design of Mobile Free-to-Play projects, supporting the team through concept, production, and live operations.
• Collaborate on live events, new content releases, and gameplay optimization, using data-informed insights to improve player experiences and maintain economy balance.
• Apply knowledge of the Free-to-Play model to design systems and mechanics that enhance monetization, retention, engagement, and long-term economic health.
• Partner with the LiveOps team to create event structures, content pipelines, and reward systems that keep players engaged over time.
• Conduct research and deconstruction of live games, leveraging market insights to inform and innovate on product designs.
• Communicate design intent and economic models clearly across teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth execution.
• Assist in product planning by contributing to feature creation, sound and asset lists, and backlog refinement.
