QA Engineer

• Plans and executes test activities including creating test plans, testing new content, logging/prioritizing bugs, and assisting with bug triages
• Collaborates with other QA team members, developers, producers and project managers - including reviewing test plans and strategies, escalation of risks, and reporting on test plan progression
• Works on projects at various stages of development, from pre-production through to live operations
• Provides regular updates to Senior QA, QA Manager, Producers and Project Managers for the respective products
• Monitors Player Support feedback channels to actively identify and escalate service issues
• Assists Senior QA with release and testing process functions
• Weighs-in on feature design and playtest prototypes for new games and features
• Advocates for a culture of shared quality ownership throughout the studio and project teams
• Inspires teamwork and collaboration

• Conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative features and systems for our games, with a focus on economy and progression.
• Release new features and content during live service cycles, ensuring updates are engaging, well-balanced, and aligned with player needs.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends, evaluate feature performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance the player experience.
• Stay informed about player behaviours, emerging trends in mobile gaming, and evolving Free2Play business models to drive meaningful design decisions.
• Contribute to a highly creative environment by implementing unique concepts and solutions, combining analytical rigour with creative flair.
• Balance the analytical side of economy design with the creative aspects of gameplay, ensuring a rewarding experience for players.
• Contribute to and influence the design of mobile free-to-play projects throughout the full lifecycle, including concept ideation, production, and live operations.
