About the role
- Provide territory support to an assigned group of Partner Business Managers and their associated Partners.
- Manage the relationship between Hyland and an assigned group of Authorized Partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement) to marshal resources.
- Take ownership and ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned PBMS and Partners.
- Identify trends in partner feedback to recommend process improvements and enhance the partner experience.
- Support annual Partner Business Planning, Quarterly Partner Reviews, and Monthly Partner Reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of partner or channel support
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Good collaboration skills
- Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners
- Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Up to 20% travel time required
