Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with corporate goals
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation
Translate evolving customer and business needs into actionable roadmaps and product requirements
Ensure end-to-end lifecycle ownership: ideation, design, GTM, adoption, and retirement
Drive customer-focused innovation through research, beta programs, and market validation
Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality features and capabilities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market activities, pricing, and packaging
Monitor performance across revenue growth, adoption, customer satisfaction, and analyst recognition
Maintain expertise on the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and best practices in AI and automation
Support the establishment of processes, prioritization frameworks, and governance practices for product development
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
7–10 years of product management or solution building experience
Proven track record in automation, RPA, AI, or low-code platforms , with exposure to AI Agents or prompting a strong plus
Hybrid background of technical fluency and business acumen
Demonstrated ability to manage people, mentor PMs, and build strong cross-functional relationships
Experience partnering with Sales/Marketing to drive adoption and growth
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
Comfort working in a hybrid culture (mix of startup experimentation and enterprise structure)
Strong communication and influence skills, with medium executive exposure expected
