About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for EMEA based Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM roles
  • Partner with GTM leadership to understand business priorities, workforce planning
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier GTM talent
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical GTM roles
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends and best practices
  • Drive diversity recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to align hiring plans
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting performance

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success
  • Demonstrated success hiring individual contributor and leadership positions within GTM organizations
  • Deep understanding of US & Global GTM talent markets
  • Expertise in building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical GTM positions
  • Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills tailored to sales and marketing professionals
  • Ability to partner with senior business leaders as a strategic advisor on workforce planning
  • Strong data-driven approach, leveraging metrics and analytics to influence decisions
  • Executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
