About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for EMEA based Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM roles
- Partner with GTM leadership to understand business priorities, workforce planning
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier GTM talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical GTM roles
- Advise hiring managers on market trends and best practices
- Drive diversity recruiting initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to align hiring plans
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting performance
- Champion Hyland’s employer brand
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Stay ahead of GTM talent trends
- Provide fungible recruiting support across global regions
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success
- Demonstrated success hiring individual contributor and leadership positions within GTM organizations
- Deep understanding of US & Global GTM talent markets
- Expertise in building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical GTM positions
- Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills tailored to sales and marketing professionals
- Ability to partner with senior business leaders as a strategic advisor on workforce planning
- Strong data-driven approach, leveraging metrics and analytics to influence decisions
- Executive communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
