• Get AI Platform customers production-ready on Hydra — standing up Kubernetes clusters, configuring GPU drivers, validating networking, and troubleshooting the issues that surface when real workloads hit real hardware.
• Own the bare metal ←→ platform layer — bridging GPU infrastructure (NCCL, InfiniBand, NVLink, storage) with orchestration layers (Kubernetes, SLURM) and MLOps tooling that customers actually use.
• Configure, benchmark, and debug NVIDIA driver stacks — firmware versions, CUDA compatibility, NCCL tuning, MIG configurations.
• Run quality benchmarks and diagnostics to validate performance for inference and training workloads across chip types.
• Identify gaps before customers do — pressure-testing Hydra's infrastructure, APIs, and workflows to find what's missing or broken.
• Turn customer learnings into product — working with Product and Engineering to build reusable templates, default configurations, and automated workflows that eliminate manual onboarding.
• Advise customers on chip selection and tokenomics — helping AI platform customers understand price/performance trade-offs across GPU types, cost-per-token economics, and which hardware fits their inference or training workloads.

AI Infrastructure Engineer

Marketing

• Support planning and execution of 15–20 global conferences per year, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Assist with planning and execution of 6–8 private executive dinners or invite-only events annually
• Maintain event timelines, checklists, and calendars to keep deliverables on track
• Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and internal deadlines related to events

• Act as a hands-on senior backend engineer owning production billing systems end to end
• Own the design and implementation of Hydra’s end-to-end billing engine and settlement systems, writing and operating production backend services
• Build and maintain a double-entry ledger that provides a complete, immutable paper trail for all financial activity, designed for high concurrency and strict correctness guarantees
• Implement contract-aware billing logic derived from infrastructure lifecycle events (provisioning, decommissioning, maintenance, etc.)
• Generate accurate invoices and earnings reports for renters and data center partners
• Build automated payout systems to suppliers and partners, ensuring fast and correct settlement
• Partner closely with Product, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to translate real-world contracts into robust software
