About the role

  • Conduct **upselling into existing customer base** through proactive desk-based outreach (telephone, email, LinkedIn, Xing).
  • Use provided data to run outreach while also conducting **proactive data sourcing** on an ongoing basis.
  • Run **customer catch-up calls** and provide reporting, feedback, and insights to instill confidence and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Make **80-100+ outbound calls** to prospects
  • Send **personalised outreach emails** to targeted accounts
  • Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs
  • Use **multi-channel outreach** (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies
  • Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress
  • Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions

Requirements

  • **Fluency in German (spoken & written)**, plus **business proficiency in English**.
  • 2+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role
  • Background and experience in SaaS/Tech/MarTech/FinTech/IT
  • Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
