About the role
- Conduct **upselling into existing customer base** through proactive desk-based outreach (telephone, email, LinkedIn, Xing).
- Use provided data to run outreach while also conducting **proactive data sourcing** on an ongoing basis.
- Run **customer catch-up calls** and provide reporting, feedback, and insights to instill confidence and strengthen customer relationships.
- Make **80-100+ outbound calls** to prospects
- Send **personalised outreach emails** to targeted accounts
- Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns
- Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs
- Use **multi-channel outreach** (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies
- Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress
- Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions
Requirements
- **Fluency in German (spoken & written)**, plus **business proficiency in English**.
- 2+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role
- Background and experience in SaaS/Tech/MarTech/FinTech/IT
- Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
