About the role

  • - Generate qualified leads via outbound campaigns (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
  • - Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close new business.
  • - Manage and grow client relationships through renewals, upselling, and referrals.
  • - Track sales activities and client touchpoints using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • - Monitor usage and customer satisfaction, providing proactive support and insights.
  • - Collaborate with internal stakeholders across SDR, BDM, and Customer Success teams.
  • - Contribute to onboarding resources, sales scripts, and internal playbooks.
  • - Meet performance KPIs across sales volume, pipeline growth, and account retention.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience in full-cycle sales: lead gen, outreach, demos, closing, and renewals.
  • - High volume cold calling
  • - Background in B2B SaaS and eCommerce, with exposure to both B2B and B2C sales.
  • - Industry knowledge in finance and/or insurance sectors is beneficial.
  • - Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pipedrive, and Google Workspace.
  • - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
