About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and drafting materials
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Coordinate communications between executive and stakeholders
- Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries
- Create, review, and edit reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and correspondence
- Prepare, track, and submit expense reports for executive
- Oversee office operations and supplies management
- Coordinate and manage projects on behalf of the executive
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Salesforce a plus
- Familiarity with online travel tools and time and expense reporting process
- Strong organizational skills, high-level prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of flexibility
