💰 $24 - $25 per hour
About the role
- Perform duties relative to the timely processing of invoices
- Prepare invoices to send to customers throughout multiple businesses
- Manage Special Handling accounts
- Submit invoices through customer portals
- Manage daily workload invoice assignments
- Manage Service Cloud and EBPP – Customer Service
- Manage Billing Customer Service phones
- Manage group mailboxes – Customer Service
- Move invoices to Document Management System
- Update customer setups to ensure proper billing details in Oracle
- Research and collaborate with team throughout Operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a clerical or accounting environment with experience creating excel reports
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (Huntington will not sponsor)
- Some college preferred
- Oracle, Service Cloud and EBPP experience helpful
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively complete multiple tasks at once with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
