About the role
- Drive the development of new business through the sale of proprietary products and services, escrow, and treasury management products
- Contribute to and execute on the development of the go-to-market-strategy and playbook to drive new customer and deposit generation
- Identify opportunities to actively cross-sell all banking products and services as appropriate
- Work across the bank to create and continue to refine well-documented, repeatable, and scalable sales processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of business experience including new business development and prospecting
- 5 or more years in deposit based/treasury products/cash management/escrows/virtual accounts
- Experience with prospecting and business development that leads to stable deposits
- Experienced and disciplined user of CRM systems
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
