About the role
- Navigate challenging requests and perform extensive research for premium customers
- Collaborate closely with internal operations partners
- Support provided to enhance cross-segment research
- Act as a subject matter expert and perform daily operational processes
- Supports new system and process implementation and workflow
- Research specialized problems and take action to correct
- Lead in process improvement ideas and documentation
- Participate in creation and maintenance of procedures for various departments
- Build test scripts and manage system enhancements
- Involved in all aspects of projects including project needs analysis and documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three or more years mortgage banking experience
- Black Knight MSP Experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of loan operations and compliance/regulatory guidelines (RESPA, OCC and CFPB)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
