Manage operational support, maintenance and development activities for Enterprise Document Solution applications
Define and oversee training plans for technical staff development
Provide oversight of design, development, unit testing and installation activities for applications
Identify, manage and enforce functional policies, procedures and quality assurance best practices
Complete Responsible Technology Manager (RTM) activities
Manage incident, problem, and change management activities
Work with application vendors and business partners to outline support model
Coach team on agile practices and continual improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
7+ years related experience working with mainframe and/or distributed systems, or relevant technical environment
3+ years of working as team lead, development lead, app manager, team manager, or relevant experience (i.e. SCRUM Master, etc)
