About the role
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of the commercial and construction loan process
- Support high-profile customers with complex credit and construction loan structures
- Responsible for timely and accurate administration of loan servicing for assigned customers
- Review and be the secondary approver of construction draws and funds movement transactions processed by other Commercial Loan Administrators
- Obtain and analyze construction documents
- Evaluate and process customer requests for various types of disbursements, interest payments, wire transfers, collateral releases, loan payoffs and interest reserve calculations
- Maintain accuracy of loan and customer information on system of record
- Proactively manage their own workflow and reviews and provide secondary approval for construction draws
- Develop relationships and collaborate with internal partners, customers, title companies, construction consultants, and contractors
- Mentor, coach, train and provide day to day guidance to lesser experienced colleagues
- Lead and/or meaningful participation in special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7+ years of Commercial Banking experience.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other digital resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with diligence, planning and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality.
- Must be adaptable to change.
