About the role
- Lead engineering, architecture, lifecycle management, and production support for enterprise load balancing platforms.
- Engineer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services using the Infoblox platform.
- Automate network and application delivery workflows, including infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Ensure high availability and resiliency of load balancing and DNS/DHCP/IPAM services.
- Provide senior-level troubleshooting for complex application delivery, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, traffic flow, GSLB, and network services issues.
- Drive application onboarding, migration, modernization, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of related experience in load balancing and DNS Infrastructure.
- Advanced understanding of load balancing technologies, especially F5 BIG-IP and VMware/Broadcom platforms.
- Advanced understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on solution architecture.
- Expertise in performance monitoring, analytics, and tuning.
- Proficient across multiple infrastructure technology domains.
- Deep knowledge of industry best practices and internal policy adherence.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across Layers 2–7.
- Technical certifications preferred (e.g., F5, CCNP, VMware/Broadcom).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-direct work.
