About the role

  • Lead engineering, architecture, lifecycle management, and production support for enterprise load balancing platforms.
  • Engineer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services using the Infoblox platform.
  • Automate network and application delivery workflows, including infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Ensure high availability and resiliency of load balancing and DNS/DHCP/IPAM services.
  • Provide senior-level troubleshooting for complex application delivery, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, traffic flow, GSLB, and network services issues.
  • Drive application onboarding, migration, modernization, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience in load balancing and DNS Infrastructure.
  • Advanced understanding of load balancing technologies, especially F5 BIG-IP and VMware/Broadcom platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on solution architecture.
  • Expertise in performance monitoring, analytics, and tuning.
  • Proficient across multiple infrastructure technology domains.
  • Deep knowledge of industry best practices and internal policy adherence.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Layers 2–7.
  • Technical certifications preferred (e.g., F5, CCNP, VMware/Broadcom).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-direct work.
