About the role
- Establishes strategic plans that support corporate goals and objectives
- Implements new policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Acts as liaison with front and middle office
- Management of day to day responsibilities for a team
- Resolves strategic and compliance related issues
- Provides direction for new policies and technology
- Monitors and analyzes productivity to management
- Prepares and reports on the area's performance
- Establishes quality service levels
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- 5 or more years of Foreign Exchange experience
- Leadership in Foreign Exchange
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to manage in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Wall Street systems
- Experience with MTS
