About the role
- Partners with banking teams to originate and execute ABS transaction; build C-suite relationships and drive lead-managed outcomes
- Oversee transaction structuring, pricing and distribution of securitization transaction across multiple asset classes
- Partner with Fixed Income Sales & Trading to optimize investor distribution and pricing
- Directs the implementation and supervision of policies and procedures, delivers client materials, and guides the team’s activities
- Analyze market and industry data to inform decisions
- Develop junior talent and train colleagues on ABS products
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of investment banking / corporate finance experience in targeted industry
- FINRA Series 79, 24 & 63 licenses or obtain within 90-days
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong industry and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
