About the role

  • Oversee all planning and execution of complex client programs to meet business objectives
  • Act as the agency's senior digital expert with authority on various topics
  • Lead execution across specialty areas including building social listening strategies
  • Identify and lead major upsell opportunities for clients
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive executive-level reports combining insights and strategic recommendations
  • Establish KPIs, benchmarks, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Lead client relationships at the highest levels and facilitate strategic development
  • Oversee sophisticated social content creation and management
  • Manage team hours and resources to ensure profitability
  • Provide sophisticated budget and ROI analysis across multiple clients

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in paid media strategy, planning, execution and report
  • 8 to 10 years of experience managing social and digital channels for clients/brands
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel capabilities
  • advanced expertise in social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Sprinklr)
  • social listening/analytics platforms experience (e.g. Quid, BrandWatch, Meltwater)
  • proven experience managing senior clients and providing strategic recommendations at the executive level
  • deep experience developing creative channel and content strategies
  • extensive experience managing and developing senior team members
  • executive social communications and thought leadership experience
  • knowledge of KOL/influencer marketing, employee advocacy planning, and digital ecosystem management
  • strong background in data analysis, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting
