💰 $110,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Oversees all aspects of the practice’s finance and operations
- Acts as a strategic partner and liaison between the business leaders, specialty leaders, finance and HR
- Responsible for all aspects of client finance and operations for this business unit
- Develop and maintain resource allocations for business units working with the leads, finance and HR on identifying gaps and shifts in staffing needs
- Submit billing request to Stagwell billing ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoices
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of business unit team’s timesheets, following up on a weekly basis and at month end
Requirements
- Five years of experience in a like-minded position, with agency experience a plus
- Experience pulling and manipulating data from various enterprise systems, with experience in Maconomy preferred
- Advanced Excel
- Enjoys teamwork and collaboration and possesses strong oral and written communications skills
- Management and negotiation skills
- Finance/Economics/Accounting or similar major/minor a plus
