💰 $80,000 - $95,000 per year

About the role

  • Support the Experiences Director to develop creative event concepts tailored to client goals and objectives
  • Manage relationships with external production partners, ensuring alignment with Hunter briefs, event objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution phases
  • Spearhead site survey visits with relevant teams and partners to kick off event design and production
  • Collaborate with external partners to collect event metrics and attendee feedback
  • Inspire, motivate and educate junior team members through positivity and passion for the role and agency
  • Maintain a strong awareness of current pop culture and emerging cultural trends

Requirements

  • Experience working in the events industry with brands in lifestyle, fashion, food, home, or tech industries
  • Proven ability to develop event strategies and oversee external production partners
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ability to integrate new technologies (AI, AR, VR) into daily workflow and event strategy
  • Bring, maintain and source a strong network across the country of production agencies and event partners, venues, stylists and designers, artists etc
  • Ability to travel in and outside of NYC for events
