About the role
- Overseeing the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the Humana Copy Center Ordering Portal and supporting processes
- Managing relationships with external print vendors
- Leading process improvement initiatives
- Managing change requests
- Delivering user training
- Resolving issues to ensure optimal performance of print services
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to drive process efficacy and client satisfaction
- Working directly with print vendors, ensuring that materials are delivered on time
- Managing budgets to achieve cost-effective solutions
- Promoting alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of relevant print, vendor management and/or project management experience
- 2 years of print production project plans
- 2 years of experience managing external print supplier relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data
- Strong financial and business acumen required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate project team members, stakeholders and print suppliers to meet established deadlines
- Motivated initiative-taker with the ability to work with minimal oversight
- Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises
- Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external teams
