About the role
- Support the implementation and installation of public and private EVSE infrastructure projects nationwide.
- Foster a proactive, customer-centric culture to build trust with clients, EVSE developers, utilities, municipalities, technology providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple EVSE projects simultaneously, overseeing development from concept through closeout.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Direct every stage of the project lifecycle—including site assessments, entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, and final commissioning.
- Oversee and coordinate consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, and internal departments.
- Lead project budget development, forecasting, risk management, and change order processes.
- Collaborate closely with EV team members, construction planning, operations, and business development to resolve site host and customer issues.
- Partner with operations and contractors to ensure timely responses to rebate, grant, and incentive applications for public charging stations.
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or account management within EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and permitting for EVSE or similar infrastructure
- Strong consideration will be given to those that are PMP and LEED certified
- Valid driver's license is required with no significant MVA points/violations
