Project Manager will provide comprehensive management support for the eFOS+ program under the direction of FDIC’s Division of Administration’s Chief of Technology and Innovation.
Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and oversee the execution of complex tasks across technical and operational domains.
Draft and manage all governance documents and presentations for eFOS+.
Schedule, facilitate, and document Steering Committee (SC) meetings.
Provide data and analysis to support SC decisions and progress updates.
Monitor program activities to ensure alignment with SC vision and feedback.
Prevent unnecessary system customization by promoting alternative solutions.
Actively manage program risks and report status weekly or as needed.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using eFOS+ queries and Power BI.
Build and maintain relationships with collaborating offices to eliminate barriers.
Requirements
5–7 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years in engineering or technology environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, EVM).
Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis tools.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems innovatively.
Customer-focused, process-driven, and results-oriented.
Experience in resource allocation, task planning, and progress reporting.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
PMP certification (Preferred)
