About the role
- Collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand
- Provide direct oversight of IT Strategy Advancement, IT Portfolio Management and Lean Business Case Analysis and Development, Financial Management, Communications and Change Management, Operations Support and Metrics, Talent Strategy and Management
- Lead a team responsible for execution of the Portfolio Management function
- Work directly with the Segment CIOs to support the execution of their strategies
- Organize and prioritize initiatives and programs based on IT Strategy and strategic roadmap
- Support IT leaders and application owners with appropriate information to understand Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Partner with IT Finance to analyze trends and performance against plan
- Support the development and execution of IT strategy and annual planning processes
- Develop and execute communications strategy to support IT leadership team and associates
- Drive operational maturity by capturing and sharing key data and insights in operational dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 7 or more years of progressive experience in IT, finance, technology strategy, or related areas
- 5 or more years of management experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and autonomy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, marked by poise, positive influence, and the ability to drive change
- Champions and demonstrates the ability to empower others
- Advanced interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills (written and oral)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to employ judgment and experience to make rapid, complex decisions
- Demonstrated commitment to improving consumer experience and advancing organizational culture
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
- Ability to question and challenge the status quo to foster an open dialog and better outcomes
