• Conduct, oversee, and mentor on a wide breadth of research approaches (concept tests, tracking studies, focus groups, ethnography, attitude and usage studies, voice of the customer, segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint (CBC and ACBC)).
• Apply storytelling to translate insights into impactful deliverables that drive client action on complex quantitative engagements.
• Independently develop moderately complex proposals (scoping, pricing, deliverables) and support business development; own accounts with growth targets (~$50-$200K for 2025).
• Build strong, trusted relationships with Account Strategy; mentor RM level on proposal development; generate additional business opportunities.

• Lead complex research engagements from start to finish, acting as project manager and consultant on studies
• Manage client relationships; discuss complex business and research issues and build trust and rapport
• Create analysis plans, find meaningful data, synthesize insights, and convey the story in a compelling way
• Adopt and apply the storytelling process to create impactful deliverables and present clearly and influence stakeholders
• Independently develop proposals for simple to moderately complex studies including scoping, pricing and deliverable creation
• Support account goals and generate additional business by building client trust through exceptional client service skills
• Lead and mentor engagement teams; set expectations, delegate appropriately, and hold others accountable
• Provide internal training and train clients in various methodologies and provide research recommendations
• Effectively oversee the financial goals and profitability of an engagement
