About the role
- Design and lead a holistic AMER recruiting strategy in partnership with Senior Director, Global Flywheel
- Partner strategically with AMER GTM leaders to align recruiting with business priorities
- Coach and develop Talent Acquisition managers and their teams
- Own and optimize recruiting systems and dashboards working with Finance, Workforce Planning, and Operations
- Use data and insights to guide recruiting decisions and measure health of recruiting pipelines
- Collaborate with People Operations partners in DI&B, Employer Brand, and L&D
- Champion inclusive and innovative hiring approaches to ensure inclusive talent pipelines
- Model and embed cultural commitments and experiment with new recruiting approaches
- Contribute to global recruiting leadership, driving consistency across functions and regions
Requirements
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams, ideally in high-growth Go-To-Market functions across the AMER region (NAM, CAN, LATAM)
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Data-fluency and ability to tell compelling stories with insights
- Ability to build trust with senior business leaders and align teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, speed, and accountability in a fast-moving environment
