• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms
• Create a shared vision and roadmap for P2P systems, serving as a critical member of the Product Triad – collaborating strategically across business and technology
• Drive alignment and motivate cross-functional partners, including Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and Engineering
• Guide new system enhancements and integrations from concept through launch, ensuring scalability and compliance
• Engage with stakeholders directly and often to deeply understand procurement and payment workflows, pain points, and opportunities
• Use data and process insights to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
• Lead the strategy for key areas of P2P, including contract lifecycle management (IronClad), supplier onboarding and case management (ServiceNow), procurement and invoicing (Coupa), and financial integration (NetSuite)
• Champion automation, AI, and emerging technologies to create intelligent, streamlined workflows across the P2P lifecycle.
