💰 $110,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Partner with plant management on a daily basis and is an actively engaged member of the management team
- Develop and/or implement HR policies, practices and systems that conform to related corporate standards
- Communicate and explain Company HR policies and practices to managers and employees
- Develop staffing plans, forecasts, and manage recruiting actions
- Identify training and development needs and assist in implementing programs
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration, management, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree or equivalent preferred; or five to seven years related experience and/or training
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred
- Five to seven years of progressively responsible HR experience (required); manufacturing environment preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred
- California certified credentials a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar system
