Implementation Specialist

• The Product Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our Clariti platform and associated product suite for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
• This role guides clients through the end-to-end implementation process, providing expert support and training to enable efficient use of system features, including inventory management, preference cards, revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, scheduling, reporting, and EHR.
• Key responsibilities include configuring system settings, coordinating and conducting both onsite and virtual training sessions, and developing tailored training materials that reflect ASC operations and adult learning principles.
• The Product Implementation Manager also provides ongoing client support, addresses complex issues with sound judgment, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Success in this role is measured by building strong client partnerships, driving confident adoption of our solutions, and ensuring sustained satisfaction through high CSAT scores and operational excellence.

Product Implementation Manager

Database Administrator

• Assist in maintaining and supporting our diverse SQL environments while learning best practices for database administration
• Work closely with senior DBAs and application teams to ensure database performance, integrity, and availability
• Assist with monitoring SQL databases for performance and availability

Systems Engineer

• Review and validate test cases to ensure alignment with real ASC workflows and operational processes.
• Translate business and clinical workflows into structured preconditions, test scenarios, and test data requirements.
• Partner with QA Analysts to identify test coverage gaps and ensure critical workflows are tested.
• Provide domain expertise during requirements reviews, sprint activities, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to identify high-value automation candidates based on workflow risk.

Quality Systems Analyst – eChart

Product Marketing

• As our Go-To-Market Engineer, you’ll design, build, and maintain new workflows for automation and AI to help Marketing, Sales, and Sales Development functions.
• You’ll prototype new ideas and use cases and roll them out to our teams.
• This will mean removing manual steps with automation and applying AI where it can drive pipeline and bookings, while keeping accuracy, compliance, and reliability front and center.
• Collaborate with teams to identify their biggest challenges, then design AI-driven workflows that address those pain points at scale.
• Build and maintain internal apps and integrations with the help of AI coding agents.
• Implement additional prospecting signals and account triggers.
• Apply LLMs and classifiers for research, enrichment, prioritization, summarization, and categorization.

• The support specialist role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and customer workflow problems with exceptional customer service skills.

• The HST Pathways Support Specialist serves as the customer’s point of contact for all service and support related questions for all HST Pathways application offerings.
• The support specialist role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and customer workflow problems with exceptional customer service skills, as well as going above and beyond client expectations.

Engineering Manager

• Responsible for people and technology to design, build, deploy and maintain complex integrations across our product suite and with external healthcare systems
• Key contributor to architectural decisions, scalability improvements, and integration strategy
• Manage the team’s daily activities and work toward designated due dates
• Utilize JIRA to track the team’s workload and report out KPI’s regarding performance
• Execute and/or oversee the development of well designed, testable, high quality, efficient Rhapsody integration modules

• Act as the primary contact for Centers regarding their specific product – facilitating and leading the entire implementation and training process for your assigned product.
• Maintain up-to-date project tracking materials, including Rocketlane and Salesforce.
• Facilitate center build activities to ensure comprehensive database configuration in support of implementation projects.
• Responsible for explaining all client deliverables required for implementation, collecting them, and reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate internally and externally the key inter-product dependencies related to their project.
• Provide onsite, classroom and/or remote end user training on the use of the software products utilizing the tools and methodologies supported by HST Pathways.
• Lead training sessions for facility super users, administrators, office managers, clinical staff and physicians on HST products to support facility workflow and maximize product utilization to enhance center's day to day operations.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings.
• Develop and maintain expertise in the supported product.
• Troubleshoot and analyze client challenges, offering best practice recommendations informed by product and industry expertise.
