About the role

  • Lead Project Consulting initiatives for customer projects.
  • Accountable for meeting annual billable targets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and partners.
  • Create Project Plans, rollout/transition plans, RAIDS logs, SteerCo reporting.
  • Forecast Go Live dates for on-time project launches.
  • Maintain relationships with local HSP experts.
  • Lead recurring customer status update calls.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to BAU operations.
  • Partner with sales and operations leadership on key initiatives.
  • Create processes and GAP analysis for customers.
  • Onboard clients to HSP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in program and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Industry experience in Payroll, Accounting, and Entity Management, with technical knowledge related to international expansion.
  • Familiarity with major payroll vendors, their methodologies, and applications (essential for this role).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
