As a process technician you will be hands-on sustaining activities in backend processing area for Focal Plane Arrays.
Work in clean room environment performing production processing steps, such as die cleaning, epoxy application, semiconductor equipment operation, die thinning, hybridization (flip chip), microscope measurements, precision alignment mounting and assembly processes for sensor chip assemblies onto packages
Performs inspections and verifies critical dimensions
Supports efforts to identify and correct root cause of damage
Works safely at all times and promptly reports anything found unsafe in clean room
Inspects work in accordance with Quality Assurance standards and follows detailed work instructions and drawings
Tracks lab equipment information including calibration schedules, open work orders, and equipment status using statistical software
Stocks and maintains inventory for consumables Scheduling asset calibrations
Requirements
US Person Status
High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
Able to work entire shift within a clean room wearing PPE.
Follow detailed instructions, pay attention to detail, accurately enter data.
Detail oriented, problem solver, promotes team environment.
Sense of urgency, time management, organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to flexible/changing schedule.
Computer/software skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to lift/push/pull 25-30 pounds.
Walking/standing 70-80% of day.
Motor skills appropriate to the task.
Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.79 - $44.87 per hour + bonus + benefits.
