Manager

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high service and quality standards
• Lead, mentor, and support F&B supervisors and frontline team members
• Maintain strong guest satisfaction scores and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Assist with menu development, beverage programs, and promotional events
• Manage labor scheduling, staffing levels, and performance management
• Monitor financial performance, cost controls, and inventory processes
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance

• Collaborate with Sales, Banquets, and Front Office for event and group coordination
• Assist the Director of F&B with budgets, forecasting, and departmental reporting

F&B Manager

Sales

• Point of contact for the sales office
• Coordinator and point of contact for group blocks
• Assign group leads from all lead channels to the appropriate sales/catering managers
• Ensure that all leads are entered into the on-property sales and catering software application
• Pull rooming lists for groups and managers upon request
• Schedule all in-house events and create BEOs (i.e. Town Hall Meetings, department meetings, etc.)
• Manage group commission by verifying and processing payment once approved by DOSM/DORM
• Run daily reports (transaction/ activities/ group in-house reader boards)
• Run weekly reports (BEO/resume/daily events) for all assigned hotels
• Personalize gift certificates and track in excel spreadsheet on the J-drive of certificate information, for trade outs, recovery, donations, and gifts certificates purchased by individuals
• Assist/Create group resumes for each Sales Manager at least 10 days before group arrival and ensure distribution to essential personnel for all assigned hotels
• Fill out amenity forms and amenity cards for groups and weddings and ensure delivery information is communicated to appropriate departments
• Order departmental supplies and maintain inventory
• Execute putting together sales kits or other hotel materials
• Create and maintain file folders for all the contracts in the sales/catering department
• Assist the digital services team with various marketing trends
• Support social media reputation management for OTAs and content implementation across digital channels
• Coordinate, develop, and execute social media content initiatives
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Brand and Content campaigns
• Help develop, manage, and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners
• Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across the organization
• Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team

Sales Coordinator

• The Food and Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of food and beverage front-of-the-house operations including breakfast, lunch, bar, and banquets.
• Supporting the F&B Director to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
• Develops budgets, monitors expenses, and works to maximize revenue while controlling costs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the F&B team.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, proportions, volume, and cost of sales.
• Ability to perform advanced kitchen math such as determining menu costing.
• Supervise, guide, and direct Restaurant/Bar/Banquet
• Ensure that department goals are communicated, understood, and met.
• Ensure that restaurant/banquet employees are trained in the technical and service aspects of the job.
• Provide constructive feedback to Restaurant/Banquet employees to help them perform their jobs better.
• Accomplish restaurant Human Resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Restaurant/Banquet.
• Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations, establishing and maintaining banquet policies and procedures.
• Monitor and inspect food and beverage deliveries.
• Inspect food and beverage outlets for proper storage, sanitation, security, neatness, and rotation of inventory.
• Ensure that restaurant, bar, and banquet employees have the necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively.
• Maximize bar profitability by ensuring portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, and ensuring high quality of preparation.
• Ensure the entire menu is available daily and hours of operation are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure that function rooms are set up in accordance with customer satisfaction by supervising set-up staff and inspecting the function room.
• Conduct function review with the customer; adjust specifications as necessary and perform follow-up to ensure all details are correct.
• Ensure the timeliness of all banquet activities.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on achieving financial objectives by forecasting, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Meet restaurant and banquet operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Responsible for Guest Satisfaction in terms of food and beverage, hospitality, and service standards.
• Provide a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety programs and Health Department requirements.
• Establish and maintain an effective communication and information system through logs, emails, daily and weekly meetings, and open communication with all departments.
• Supervise and reconcile cash controls for each shift in attendance.
• Implement recognition programs and celebrate Restaurant/Banquet employees’ performance contributions.

Auditor

• Greet, register, and assist guests; process check-ins/check-outs
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues promptly
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Run and review daily reports (e.g., room charges, revenue summaries)
• Audit and verify front desk postings and transactions
• Process cash, credit card, and direct-bill transactions accurately
• Ensure all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows are properly logged
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
