About the role
- Write founder-specific emails that reflect real research, clear thinking, and genuine interest.
- Manage and execute sequences on Outreach.io, ensuring proper segmentation and scheduling.
- Track founder responses and coordinate quick next steps for positive engagements.
- Own the accuracy and structure of HubSpot as the central CRM system.
- Produce weekly sourcing reports covering outreach volume, response rates, and deal log.
- Keep contact and company records clean, structured, and ready for reporting.
- Coordinate founder calls and NDA execution for qualified leads.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development (ideally within private equity, venture capital, or B2B software environments).
- Excellent written English - you can craft personalized, founder-ready outreach messages.
- Hyper-organized - you structure your work intuitively and keep systems spotless.
